Geothermal heat pumps are a practical alternative to the
rising cost
of natural gas, propane, fuel oil or electricity for keeping
your home or business comfortable.
Heating and cooling using a water source and the earth
itself may save up to 50% and sometimes more on typical
energy bills. Also, water source systems don't burn fossil
fuels and typically deliver 3 to 4 times more energy than
they consume.
A geothermal heat pump keeps the home comfortable all year
long. In the winter, heat is absorbed from the water or
ground and transferred to the heat pump, where it is
distributed to the home. In summer, hot air in the home is
extracted and transferred to the water or ground.
There are two basic types of geothermal system: CLOSED LOOP
and OPEN LOOP, but both consist of two main components--the
heat pump and a tubing system installed outside the home.
The tubing can be buried in the earth or submerged in the
ground. The type of system you select is determined by your
geographic area, your preference, and the availability of
ground water or adequate land for burying loop pipes.

High Efficiency does not do
the drilling for Geo thermo,
but we have teamed with Colorado Geothermal Drilling
to design and drill the loop field for what every size
project you have. The drilling will be a separate contract
depending on load calculation for heating & cooling requirements.
